| Re Track usage fees and memberships clarifications |

It seems that there are still some confusion as to the club applicable fees, hopefully this will clarify the matter once and for all. 1- Question: Do I have to become a member of the club to race ? 1- Answer: No you do not have to, but you will pay higher fees to race, if you are not a member you pay 10KD per race, and 5KD track usage fees. 2-Question: If I do not pay the club fees what is the difference? 2-Answer: The difference is you pay more, because as a member you pay 60KD for the season and only 2KD per track usage, if you are not a member and race in all 8 races you will end up paying 80KD plus 5KD every time you need to use the track on the days we do not race. Also as a member you will benefit to pay in advance 20KD for the whole month instead of paying 2KD per day per usage which is a substantial saving. 3- Question: If I am an international racer do I have to pay and how much? 3- Answer: Yes you will need to pay only 10KD like the non members per race. 4- Question: What other benefits as a club member will I be entitled to if I become a member? 4- Answer: As a member of RCCCK / KSC you are officially a member of the FEMCA block, if you are not a member of RCCCK / KSC then you will not be entitled to race internationally in IFMAR sanctioned events representing RCCCK / KSC / Kuwait, since IFMAR reconfirms all international seats allotments with RCCCK administration. 5- Question: If I am not a member what are the disadvantages? 5- Answer: Refer to point 4 above, also you will not have a permanent CAR ID number assigned for you through the season meaning your CAR ID number changes at every race. Also you will not be allowed to register on the RCCCK website, all race registration will need to be done via the club secretary from 5pm to 9pm. International racers will need to communicate to RCCCK via email. 6- Question: I do not have a transponder to race with? 6- Answer: If you do not have one then you can rent one from the club at 3KD per race this fee is applicable to members, non members and international racers. 7- Question: What time are you open? 7- Answer: Track is open from 9AM to 1PM and from 4:30PM to 9PM Administration for race registration or membership opens from 4:30PM to 9PM
